Roxanne Rouse is a marketing and communications professional with more than 25 years of experience in public relations and strategic communications. She currently works as a communications and strategy consultant, advising political campaigns, professional athletes, technology startups and private equity clients.
Roxanne works to position her clients to be the ‘go-to’ in their industries — developing strong messaging for branding and positioning, coordinating social media efforts, and somehow, she aligns the stars to create the best opportunities to tell their stories. She creates corporate sponsorship and community involvement plans, as well as developing philanthropy investment plans for her clients. A lifelong Texan, Roxanne has worked to successfully grow her career while passionately supporting social causes. When she’s not on the clock, she likes to be outside and she likes to get other people involved in supporting great causes.
Ron Weiss has been an Austin restaurateur since 1975. A founding partner & operating partner of Jeffrey’s Restaurant and Cipollina West Austin Bistro, he currently serves as operating partner of O’s 10 Campus Café on the UT-Austin campus.
A native Texan, Ron grew up in Galveston. He attended the UT-Austin, earned an undergraduate degree in Biology, Chemistry & Physics, a Master’s Degree in Communication, and post-graduate work in the American Studies department.
Ron has served as Chair of the Texas Book Festival, on the advisory board of Explore Austin and has served on the University of Texas Libraries Advisory Council. Ron lives in Austin, Texas with his wife, children and grandchildren. Ron has been an avid rower for the last ten years, competing in local, regional and national regattas.

For most of his life, Andrew has been in or around the real estate industry - you could say it’s in his blood. His experience spans a broad range of expertise from real estate development & construction to managing investment portfolios.
Andrew’s networking & event planning skills are near ninja-level, and he’s an expert when it comes to bringing folks together for a purpose. Andrew wanted to use his abilities & connections to support & increase the visibility for the Texas wine industry, so he joined the board for the Texas Wine Advocates.
Andrew spends his free time cooking, playing music, collecting a few nice bottles of wine and enjoying the great outdoors in Austin and all over the Texas hill country.
Ashley M. Hunter is the Managing Director of HM Risk Group, an international insurance, reinsurance and risk management firm. In her role as Managing Director of HM Risk Group and HM Risk Group (Europe), Ashley has assisted many startups and corporations with alternative risk transfer schemes and reinsurance placement globally. Under Ashley’s leadership, HM Risk Group has become a leader in the development of niche insurance products for the sharing and assistive reproductive technology industry.
In addition to working with industry leaders, HM Risk Group has been instrumental in the creation and development of policy forms for several multinational insurance companies. Ashley frequently contributes on risk and the implications on emerging markets to many global publications.
Ashley has a BM in Music Theory and Composition from Centenary College of Louisiana and a MBA in Finance from Texas A&M University. Ashley is also an accomplished concert violinist.
Rick Wilbins is CEO of The Wilbins Group, a Texas-based national executive consultancy working with business owners and CEOs to protect or grow their for-profit or non-profit organizations. The Wilbins Group also provides management staffing solutions for the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Rick has a long career of accomplishments in marketing, sports & entertainment promotions, advertising, public relations, publishing and corporate philanthropy as an executive with the leading companies in several global industries, including telecommunications, computers, energy utilities, airlines and cruise lines. Rick is also Executive Producer of entertainment feature-length films in partnership with Torfoot Films.
Rick is an avid Texas wine enthusiast who sees Texas as the next frontier in global wines.
Daniel Kelada is an Executive Sommelier, Master Candidate and Senior Wine Instructor with the International Wine & Spirits Guild. Through the Guild, he teaches accredited wine certifications and seminars all over the U.S.
Daniel studied BioChemistry at UT-Austin. In 2008, he founded GUSTO Tastings, a wine education and consulting company. In 2012, Daniel became a founding partner in Vinovium Partners, a Texas négociant and winery, that specializes in premium wines on tap from Texas and around the world.
Daniel is the current Tasting Director of TWA’s flagship program, the Texas Wine Journal - a mission to build awareness for Texas wines via independent, credible and objective ratings.
Jennifer Castelino founded marketing consulting company, Panorama Communications, that specializes in marketing communications strategy, program management, corporate and product branding, website strategy and analytics, and PR. She has worked with both Fortune 500 companies and start-ups in the high-tech industry around the world to develop and implement various marketing programs. She has a degree in Economics from Purdue University.
Jennifer has always had a passion for wine and has taken various wine education classes over the years. She lives in Austin, Texas with her husband and twin teenage daughters, and she enjoys learning about Texas wines whenever possible.
